Build Something Worth Caring About

We're a small team based in Darwin, focused on helping Australians understand where their money actually goes. It's not glamorous work, but it matters. People come to us when they're stressed about bills, confused by their spending, or just trying to get a handle on things.

Our approach is straightforward. We build tools that make sense. We talk to clients like they're real people. And we're looking for folks who want to contribute to something that actually helps.

What It's Actually Like Here

We're not going to pretend we're changing the world. But we are making a real difference for the people we serve. Most of our clients are dealing with genuine financial anxiety, and helping them find some clarity is meaningful work.

Our team is small enough that everyone knows each other. We work flexible hours because life happens. Some people come in early, others work better in the afternoon. We care about results and treating clients well, not about monitoring when you're at your desk.

  • Honest Communication We tell clients what will actually help them, even if it's not what they want to hear. Same goes for internal conversations.
  • Real Flexibility Life doesn't fit into neat boxes. We trust people to manage their time and get their work done without micromanagement.
  • Practical Problem Solving We prefer simple solutions that work over complicated systems that look impressive but fail in practice.
  • Sustainable Pace We're building something long-term. Burnout culture isn't part of our plan. We want people who stay because they want to, not because they're trapped.
